Experience That Makes a Difference

Tich brings a well-rounded perspective to his legal practice, having worked on both sides of child protection matters.

His experience includes acting from the prosecuting side while working within the Department of Communities, as well as representing and supporting respondents through advocacy-focused organisations including the Aboriginal Legal Service and Ruah Legal Services – Mental Health Law Centre.

This breadth of experience means Tich understands how these matters are approached by decision-makers, as well as the challenges faced by individuals and families navigating the system. He draws on that insight to provide practical, informed and effective representation.

Why I Founded Nharo Legal

Tich founded Nharo Legal Pty Ltd in 2022, with a clear vision:

“To work with independence and freedom of scope.

Also to extend my reach into communities where gaps in legal assistance leave people without support.”

Through Nharo Legal, we can shape the practice around the needs of the clients and pursue causes that matter.

Nharo is a Shona word that translates to argument, stubbornness, debate, defiance, or quarrelsomeness.

It is used broadly in Shona culture to address social behavior, conflict resolution, and the value of humility.
